Kicking off the New Year with BBC Indie Development Fund!

We're absolutely chuffed to announce that the Big Light has won a place on the 2025 BBC Indie Development Fund programme.  

From a competitive field of applicants we're blown away to have been chosen as part of this year's cohort for this valued scheme that aims to help promote and champion the BBC's creative diversity ambitions. In addition to funding, we'll get expert mentoring support and insights from BBC commissioners throughout the year as we continue to develop and produce more of the premium audio content that we've become known for.

The Big Light founder Fiona White said: "I'm so delighted that our team has been recognised as one of Scotland's premium audio production companies.  This is a huge bonus going into the new year and we cannot wait to grab this opportunity to develop new skills, ideas and team members."
